PANJSHIR PROVINCE, Afghanistan ? A village elder from Astana village helps children try on new winter coats, Oct. 6. Members of the Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team hiked 12 kilometers to the remote village of Astana to deliver humanitarian aid in the form of winter coats donated by family and friends of the PRT.
