Kentucky ADT Visits Independently Funded Fish Farm
U.S. Army Lt. Col. Jeffrey Casada, Kentucky National Guard Agribusiness Development Team leader with Provincial Reconstruction Team Panjshir and London, Ky., native, helps a Paryan District fish farmer, Abdul Aziz, fill out an application for a micro grant. The grant allows private business owners to apply for up to $10,000 in funding.
