10,000 steps for love - of health
An Airman at the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia poses for a photo with her pedometer. She was part of a new program which was started here from April through May 2010 to measure how many steps she took in a day. The program will start up again at the end of June by popular demand. It motivated service members to take the Surgeon General's recommended 10,000 steps a day for better health. (U.S. Air Force photo/Capt. Cathleen Snow/Released)
