U.S. Air Force Capt. Phillip Baker, Provincial Reconstruction Team Panjshir civil engineer and Class of 2000 graduate of Texas A&M reads ?Silver Taps at A&M,? during the April 21 Aggie Muster. The Aggie Muster is an annual event held around the world in remembrance of Texas A&M Aggies who died in the year past. Forward Operating Base Lion members honored U.S. Air Force Lt. Col.
