PANJSHIR PROVINCE, Afghanistan – Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team Civil Engineer, Air Force 1st Lt. Kate Miles, hands a young resident of Panjshir’s Dara district a new scarf and gloves during a recent material assistance drop to the area, Dec. 14.
