PANJSHIR PROVINCE, Afghanistan – Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team’s executive officer, Army Maj. Ian Murray, helps a young resident of Panjshir province’s Dara district into a new pair of mittens during a recent material assistance drop to the area in Afghanistan, Dec. 14.
