Rebuilding a country

KAPISA PROVINCE, Afghanistan - Air Force Master Sgt. James Fleming, a Bagram Provincial Reconstruction Team member, places a stocking cap on an Afghan child during the opening of a women's shelter here, Dec. 13. So far this year, the Bagram PRT has started or completed 77 construction and improvement projects valued at more than $13 million.
