U.S. team opens shelter for Afghan women

KAPISA PROVINCE, Afghanistan - Army Capt. Jordan Berry, the Bagram Provincial Reconstruction Team's Civil Affairs Team Leader for Kapisa Province, tours a newly-opened Afghan women's shelter here, Dec. 13.
