Thanksgiving celebration with deployed family

BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- (From left to right) Colonel Christopher Pike, Col. Lawrence Gatti, Col. Patrick McKenzie, and Col. James Beissner don aprons and hats before serving a Thanksgiving meal to Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors and Marines, Nov. 26, 2009. The Air Force and Army leadership served meals on Thanksgiving as a way to boost the morale of the servicemen and women. Col. Pike, the 455th Expeditionary Mission Support Group commander, is deployed from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. Col.
