KAPISA PROVINCE, Afghanistan - Students at the Dihat Dasht Girls School here sing Nov. 27, 2007 to celebrate the school’s opening ceremony. The eight-classroom facility, which can accommodate about 160 students, is among dozens of projects overseen by the Bagram Provincial Reconstruction Team to enhance the quality of life of Afghan citizens.
