BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- An F-15E Strike Eagle taxis to its proper parking spot after flying a mission in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Nov. 22, 2009. This F-15E is deployed from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C. Previous models of the F-15 are assigned air-to-air roles; the "E" model is a dual-role fighter. It has the capability to fight its way to a target over long ranges, destroy enemy ground positions, and fight its way out. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Felicia Juenke)
