Desert 5 scholarship winners

SOUTHWEST ASIA - Desert 5 Scholarship winners were presented their awards Nov. 1. From left to right Presenter, Command Chief Master Sgt. Lloyd Holland, award winners, Senior Airman Nikky Pascual, Staff Sgt. Lauren Niemi, Airman 1st Class Sandy Vandenmooter, Airman 1st Class Chastity Conner, Staff Sgt. Ronette McBean, Airman 1st Class Sandy Robert Wilks, and Desert 5 President, Staff Sgt. Penny Ortega. The Desert 5 awards one scholarship every month. This month the organization was able to award six winners due to a generous donation from the Desert Chiefs.
