BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Senior Airman Kevin Mengyan, an electronic warfare specialist from the 41st Expeditionary Electronic Combat Squadron, takes the power unit off of the EC-130 Compass Call Nov. 12, 2009. The Compass Call system employs offensive capabilities in support of U.S. and Coalition tactical air, surface, and special operations forces.
