BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Master Sgt. Jamie Cabral of New Bedford, Mass, and a transient alert quality assurance evaluator for the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing here, marshals a helicopter on a brand-new ramp Sept. 27. According to NATO and Air Force officials, the new ramp (one of two new ones officially opened on Sept. 27) will bring significant new capability for air support of Coalition forces.
