Air Force Half Marathon

BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- More 700 Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors and Marines ran in the thirteenth annual Air Force Marathon here, Sept. 13, 2009. The AF Marathon is held to commemorate our rich history in flight; each year one aircraft is chosen to be highlighted during the marathon and on the unique finisher's medal presented to each race participant.
