Bagram hosts local Afghan media
Capt. Doug Witmer, 354th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron A-10 pilot, explains his job as a pilot and the specific role his A-10 plays in the close air support mission here at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan May 29. Capt. Witmer was one of several Airmen involved in a media event involving several local Afghan media aimed at informing them on the operations at Bagram and how the U.S. military is working alongside coalition partners to support and defend freedom in Afghanistan.
