Making an impact
BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Airman 1st Class Jeremy Fath, a crew chief from the 455th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, loosens screws on a panel of an F-16 Fighting Falcon in order to begin inspecting the aircraft for broken pieces or anything out of the ordinary here, Aug. 30, 2009. Airman Fath is deployed from Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and hails from Des Moines, Iowa. The F-16 is a compact, multi-role fighter aircraft that is highly maneuverable in air-to-air combat and air-to-surface attacks. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Felicia Juenke)
