Cooling Tent
Left, Master Sgt. Gregg Thibodeau, 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron metals technology section chief, and Senior Airman Shane Shanton, 379th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment journeyman, assemble a custom tent built, Aug. 22, from materials on hand at a cost of only $400. The tent is designed to provide shade and respite for flightline maintainers during work-rest cycles in extreme temperatures. Sergeant Thibodeau is a native of Rapid City, S.D., and deployed from Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. Airman Shanton is a native of Jackson, Ohio and deployed from Kirtland AFB, N.M.
