Ground Radio Maintaining the Communications
Senior Airman Christopher Twitty, a ground radio maintainer with the 379th Expeditionary Communications Squadron, adjusts the audio levels on a mixer board during a rehearsal for a change of command, 22 June, 2009, in an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Airman Twitty and fellow ground radio maintainers control the audio systems for all ceremonies and events that happen on base. Airman Twitty is native to Waldarf, Md. and is deployed from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C., in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
