Flightline Fest

Base personnel were given the opportunity to visit the flightline and see aircraft like the B-1B Lancer on display at Flightline Fest, May 29, 2009, in an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. The 379th Air Expeditionary Wing hosted the half day event which gave base personnel the chance to look at static aircraft displays and other equipment up close, all without interrupting the mission of providing combat airpower throughout the U.S. Central Command's area of responsibility. The 379th Air Expeditionary Wing operates in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Master Sgt.
