SOUTHWEST ASIA - Gen. David Petraeus, the U.S. Central Command, commander, takes a photo with the newest Airmen and Soldiers of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing after pinning Captain bars on each of them during a promotion ceremony, May 26 at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia.
