Retired U.S. Air Force (USAF) Lt. Gen. Russell Davis, Chapter President of the Tuskegee Airmen, Mr. Philip Broom of the Tuskegee Airmen, Senior Airman Terrell Hannah, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron third country national escort, retired USAF Major George Boyd of the Tuskegee Airmen, and retired USAF Lt. Col. Alexander Jefferson of the Tuskegee Airmen pose for a photograph, Apr. 22, 2009, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Airman Hannah, deployed from Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, wore the traditional pink and greens vintage uniform the Tuskegee Airmen wore during their service in the military. The Tuskegee Airmen toured operations and spoke with numerous personnel here supporting Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa on base sharing their stories and history when they served in the military.
