Tuskegee Airmen Bring Proud Support to Military Members in the AOR
Retired U.S. Air Force Major George Boyd of the Tuskegee Airmen writes a message on a bomb before it is loaded onto a B-1B Lancer, during his base visit with other members of the Tuskegee Airmen, Apr. 22, 2009, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. The Tuskegee Airmen met with numerous personnel on base sharing their stories and history when they served in the military. The Tuskegee Airmen toured operations and spoke with numerous personnel here supporting Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, sharing their stories and history when they served in the military.
