Supporting the AOR with Tanks, Oxygen Tanks
Tech. Sgt. Rebecca Gonzales, 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron (ELRS) NCO in charge Hazmat Pharmacy and Airman 1st Class Christopher Ramos, a 379th ELRS hazmat pharmacy journeyman, unload a shipment of oxygen tanks to be distributed throughout the base and the U.S. Central Command's Area of Responsibility, Mar. 29, 2009, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. The Hazmat Pharmacy is responsible for liquid oxygen, nitrogen, corrosive liquids, flammables, and other chemicals used by forces throughout the U.S. Central Command's Area of Responsibility. Sergeant Gonzales hails from San Antonio, Texas and is deployed from the 149th Air National Guard Base Lackland, Texas. Airman Ramos hails from Orange County, Calif. and is deployed from Altus Air Force, Okla.
