Distibuting Tanks All Over Base, Oxygen Tanks
Airman 1st Class Christopher Ramos, a 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron hazmat pharmacy journeyman, unloads tanks of oxygen for aircraft maintainers, Mar. 29, 2009, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. The Hazmat Pharmacy supplies Balad and Sather Air Bases, Iraq, along with local units with oxygen, nitrogen and other materials for mission sustainment. The pharmacy also supplies this base with engine oil and lubrication for all assigned aircraft. Airman Ramos hails from Orange County, Calif. and is deployed from Altus Air Force Base, Okla. in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
