PANJSHIR PROVINCE, Afghanistan -- Army Col. Jonathan G. Ives, Task Force Cincinnatus commander, right, and Lt. Col. Russell T. Kaskel, Panjshir Provincial Construction Team commander, lead a group of more than 1,000 Panjshiris to the edge of the paved road May 28 in Barak, Bazarak District, Panjshir, where the new $6 million Barak to Khenj road will start construction.
