PANJSHIR PROVINCE, Afghanistan-- Navy Cmdr. Betsy Myhre, a nurse practitioner assigned to the Cooperative Medical Assistance Team at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, takes a look at children from a nomadic Kuchi tribe during a short stop before a medical engagement in Dah Khawak, Panjshir Province, Afghanistan. Medical engagements are an opportunity to partner local Afghan medical providers with coalition providers and build capacity within the Ministry of Public Health.
