Fuels Airman sets new record
Airman 1st Class Jimmy Farias, 455th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron, runs the hose to a MC-130, Combat Talin 1 to refuel at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, Feb. 27. Airman Farias arrived to BAF on Jan 4., within 52 days on station he set the record for issuing 1,001,978 gallons of aviation fuel to 428 US and coalition aircraft. The previous record was 56 days.
