Staff Sergeant David Garcia, the 379th Expeditionary Medical Group Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Physical Therapy, attaches electrical pads to the foot of Senior Airman Adam Carter, 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron, for a high ankle sprain to reduce the swelling and bring back the full range of motion, Feb. 19, 2009, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Staff Sergeant Garcia hails from Fredericksburg, Texas and is deployed from Andrews Air Force Base, Md. Senior Airman Carter hails from Brooklyn, N.Y. and is deployed from Cannon Air Force Base, N.M.
