Dental unit goes on hygiene offensive

Senior Airman Chelsie Smith, 455th Medical Group dental technician, assists Col. Dennis Hayes, 455th Medical Group, officer-in-charge of dental, with a silver filling at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, Feb. 16. The dental clinic is joint serviced with the Army and sees an average of 650 patients per month. Airman Smith is deployed from the 60th Dental Squadron, Travis Air Force Base, Calif.
