PRT Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
The Kapisa and Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team, Task Force Warrior, escort the Deputy Governor and Provincial council members to meet with Governor Abubakr at Landokhel, Tagab, on Feb 7. U.S. and coalition forces along with Afghanistan National Security Forces provided air and ground support for a ribbon cutting ceremony for a refurbished mosque.
