Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa

Members from the 763rd Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron exit an RC-135 Rivet Joint surveillance aircraft after returning from a mission on Jan. 5th, 2009, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. RC-135 Rivet Joint aircraft have maintained a constant presence in Southwest Asia since the early 1990s. The aircraft and crew are deployed from Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
