Deployed make the most of holiday season
SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Master Sgt. Bruce Perkins gives some refreshments to Senior Airman Brenden Vermilyea and Airman 1st Class Nashaunda Banks as part of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing's holiday celebrations here Dec. 25. All are with the 380th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, Sergeant Perkins is the 380th ESFS first sergeant. He and the other first sergeants visited morning workers with donuts, muffins, hot cocoa and fruit. The 380th celebrated the holidays with a variety of events Dec. 21 through 25 to bring some holiday cheer to a deployed environment. Sergeant Perkins is from Odin, Ill., Airman Vermilyea is deployed from Davis Monthan Air Force Base Ariz., his hometown is Tucson, Ariz.
