Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa

Staff Sgt. Eric Holmes, a fuels system craftsman assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, provides technical advice to his fuels system journeyman doing repairs inside a KC-135 Stratotanker left center wing integral tank, Dec. 5, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. After the repair is complete Sergeant Holmes will climb inside and complete a quality control check on the repairs. Sergeant Holmes, a native of Brandon Fla., is deployed from McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
