Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa

Senior Airman Joshua Rabenhorst, aircraft electrical and environmental systems journeyman assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, removes an electrical harness attached to a KC-135 Stratotanker landing gear strut, Nov. 12, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. The electronic systems are removed prior to removal and replacement of the strut. The KC-135 Stratotanker provides the core aerial refueling capability for the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and allied nation aircraft operating in the Central Command area of responsibility. Airman Rabenhorst is a native of Fond du Lac, Wisc., and is deployed from Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
