Staff Sgt. Daniel Carter, aerial port expediter assigned to the 8th Expeditionary Air Mobility Squadron, checks technical orders while lowering the stabilizing struts on a C-17 Globemaster III, Nov. 5, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia.
