VP-46: GWOT Jack of all trades
Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Matthew Stender, assigned to VP-46, uses a razor and tape to block letters so the names of the maintainer of the month and operations sailor of the month can be painted onto a P-3 Orion at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Oct. 27.
