Senior Airman Mark McMichael gives total concentration to drilling out a stripped screw head while Airman 1st Class Matthew Enter stands ready to tap it out if necessary, October 17, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. Both Airmen are deployed to the 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. The bad screws are being removed so the crew chiefs can pull the panel and do maintenance on a C-17 Globemaster III.
