Airman 1st Class James Giesick, 379th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, 340th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, removes the dust cover on a KC-135 wheel Sept. 28, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. The tire needs to be removed and the brake unit replaced after a crack in the heat shield was detected during a post-flight inspection.
