Operations Iraqi freedom, Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa

Senior Airman Joshua Eisel reaches inside a toolbox to finish setting up a torque wrench to assist KC-135 engine maintenance being performed by Tech. Sgt. Brian McColm, Staff Sgt. Brian Kelty, and Airman 1st Class Erin Story Sept. 23, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. All are aerospace propulsion specialists assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. The hard work performed by members of the 379 AMXS keep aircraft flying in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Airman Eisel, a native of Toledo, Ohio, is deployed from MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. Sergeant McColm, a native of Cherokee, Kan., is deployed from McConnell AFB, Kan. Sergeant Kelty hails from Youngstown, Ohio, and is deployed from Grand Forks AFB, N.D. Airman Story, originally from Jump River, Wis., is deployed from MacDill Air Force Base, Fla.
