Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa
Senior Airman Jason Freytag, and Senior Airman Antonio Santos-Torres, both supply personnel assigned to the 1st Expeditionary RED HORSE Group, fold the U.S. flag during retreat Sept. 19, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. Everyday the RED HORSE Group raises and lowers the flag in front of their compound for reveille and retreat. Airman Freytag, a native of Temple, Texas and Airman Santos-Torres, a native of Ponce, Puerto Rico, are both deployed from Hurlburt Field, Fla., supporting Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
