Staff Sgt. Danny Garcia, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, checks two fuses on the Direct Digital Control (DDC) panel Sept. 11, 2008. The DDC panel controls power for all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems at the Base Exchange in the Blatchford-Preston Complex. The HVAC shop is in charge of maintenance of all air conditioning units at this undisclosed location in Southwest Asia.
