Planning for tomorrow

Capt. Rick Moore points out discrepancies to Staff Sgt. Jason Lichau and Capt. Jonathan Fox during a site survey for future expansion Sept. 7, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. All are project managers assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Communications Squadron supporting Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Project managers here are directly involved in turning the base from expeditionary to an enduring base. Captain Moore, a native of Tampa, Fla., is deployed from Moody Air Force Base, Ga.
