Planning for tomorrow

Capt. Kalli Ritter shows her replacement, 2nd Lt. Alyssa Palmer, future expansion plans at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia Sept. 7, 2008. Both officers are project managers for the 379th Expeditionary Communications Squadron. Project managers here are directly involved in turning the base from expeditionary to an enduring base in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
