Only 20 years, middle initial separate deployed family duo
Not everyone can walk with their father back to the office after a job, but Tech. Sgt. Sidney J. Wolfe, 379th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, does just that while deployed to an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, Aug. 21, 2008. Sergeant Wolfe and his father, Tech. Sgt. Sidney R. Wolfe, are C-130 Hercules hydraulics systems craftsmen deployed here from Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio. They work opposite shifts, so their specialized skill set is always available. Sergeant Sidney J. Wolfe lives in Salem, Ohio; while his father Sidney R. Wolfe lives a few miles away in Hanover, Ohio. Both are deployed in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Michael Boquette/Released)
