Staff Sgt. Scott DeLoera inspects a shipment of commodities while Staff Sgt. Toine Pilgrim verifies it against the contract Aug. 18, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. Both Sergeant DeLoera and Sergeant Pilgrim are contracting officers assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron.
