RED HORSE

Staff Sgt. Jarret Gordon, 1st Expeditionary Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers (RED HORSE) Group, applies sealant to the oil pan area of a dump truck prior to reattaching the oil pan Aug. 11, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. Sergeant Gordon maintains vehicles for the Expeditionary Red Horse Group, which performs heavy repair and construction projects throughout the US Central Command’s area of responsibility. Sergeant Gordon, a native of Magalia, Calif., is deployed from Barksdale Air Force Base, La., in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
