BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan -- Brig. Gen. Mike Holmes, 455th Air Expeditionary Wing commander, walks and talks with Chaplain (Maj. Gen.) Cecil R. Richardson, Air Force Chief of Chaplains, here on August 4, 2008. The two generals had lunch together during Chaplain Richardson's visit to Bagram Air Field.
