BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Maj. Julie Faubion and Capt. Matthew Rist secure a Stryker Frame to the floor of a C-130 Hercules here on July 8, 2008. This particular stretcher is made to immobilize victims of spinal injuries.
