Hazmat qualification exercise
Airman First Class Kile Larsen, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, is processed through the decontamination line during a hazardous materials qualification exercise May 10, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Decontamination reduces surface contamination by a continuous shower of water and removal of outer clothing. High-pressure, low-volume water flow is used to rinse off and dilute contaminants.
